Stuart Baird, MD

Dr. Baird is double board certified in Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. He is a board certified diplomat of the American Board of Anesthesiology, which is the gold standard for training and certification of pain medicine specialists.

After graduating medical school from the University of Nevada School of Medicine at Reno, he completed residency in Anesthesiology at University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston Texas. He continued his education and training by completing a fellowship in Pain Medicine at Loma Linda University Health System at Loma Linda California.

His dedication to education and training has prepared him with the knowledge and skills to provide the highest quality of care for his patients.

Dr. Baird has been practicing pain management in Las Vegas for over seven years. He is committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate pain management care.​

Among his list of accomplishments, Dr. Baird is also fluent in Spanish. He enjoys being able to serve this group of patients that makes up a significant portion of the population in the Las Vegas area.

Tannie Cheung, FNP-C

Tannie Cheung, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioner (AANP). Tannie has been part of the care team at Precision Pain Center since 2023. She received her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University. She worked as a Registered Nurse at a local hospital in the orthopedic and ICU units. Her experiences in these specialties have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of the presentation, diagnosis, and treatment of musculoskeletal, neurological, and other acute/chronic conditions. Tannie grew up in Hawaii and moved to Las Vegas in 2005. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog, Bear.

Raven Uy, PA-C

Raven Uy, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She has been an integral member of the care team at Precision Pain Center since 2026. Raven earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, followed by a Master of Science in Physician Assistant studies from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. Originally from the Philippines, Raven relocated to Las Vegas in 2012, where she has since established her home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, indoor cycling, practicing Pilates, and reading.
